 Fixed :

 Fixed :

   - C45 full flashing problem on some phones (bootstarp code fixed)
   - LG info shown incorrect (now I get it from lang pack, not from phone 
     parameter table). This is actualy not my code bug but incorrect 
     language info setting (flashing without changing parameter table info)

   - now shows T9 version in FLX info window for C/S/ME 45 phones

 Known bugs :

   - on some A3x/A40 bootstrap fails to erase last flash block if battery 
     is low. Looks like it is Siemens bug, but still I will try to fix it
     in future if Siemens will not fix it in the next bootstrap version.
   - doesn't work under Win NT/2000/XP (Win98 RULEZ!, joke :)
